18 Years Strong: A Journey of Gratitude and Service

January 21 marked a milestone that is close to my heart—TMG’s 18th anniversary. As I reflect on this journey, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible people who have been part of this path and for the opportunity to do what I love most: help others.

TMG was born in 2007 with a vision to elevate MSPs, empower healthcare organizations, and transform the industry through collaboration and innovation. Over the years, that vision has evolved into a thriving community of dedicated professionals, all working together to achieve excellence.

One of the greatest privileges of these 18 years has been the opportunity to learn from and build relationships with so many medical staff leaders and healthcare administrators. These connections have not only broadened my perspective on the industry but have also strengthened my commitment to driving meaningful change. The shared insights and unwavering dedication of these professionals continue to inspire me every day.

Milestones like this are not achieved in isolation. My journey has been shaped by countless colleagues, clients, and collaborators who have inspired me, supported me, and challenged me to grow. Your encouragement, ideas, and trust have been the foundation of TMG’s success.

What I treasure most about these 18 years is the privilege of serving others. Whether it’s helping an MSP navigate the complexities of their role, creating tools that simplify processes, or cheering on professionals as they achieve their certifications, every moment reaffirms my belief in the power of our work. Together, we are not just advancing careers—we are advancing healthcare.
